Family and Friends Day "Christmas Tree Lighting"

Oak Grove Baptist Church is pleased to present a “Christmas Tree Lighting” for our upcoming Family and Friends Day on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at 10am.

All church organizations, groups and choirs are asked to participate in hosting a Christmas Tree. All trees will be placed in the church sanctuary, lobby and fellowship hall. If your group is interested in participating please contact Sister Tammy Curry.

Sister Davina Gillion will be organizing Carolers for the Family and Friends Day “Christmas Tree Lighting” event. Please see her if you’re interested in participating. Practice will be announced at a later date.

Calling all youth! Sister Kathy Gibson will be organizing all youth Christmas recitals for “Christmas Tree Lighting” on Family and Friends Day. Scriptures will be given out at church and parents are asked to work with their child October through December 17th. Rehearsal will be made at a later date.
